Robot Glazing Machine - Operating Instructions

1. System Startup & Inspection

Before operation, power on the glazing line and check all safety interlocks, emergency stops, and sensors. Ensure the robot, conveyor, glazing booth, and spray system are correctly connected and that the work area is clean and free of obstacles. Perform a visual inspection of air and power supply lines to confirm readiness.

2. Program Setup & Workpiece Loading

Load the production program into the robot controller or teach pendant based on the product type and size. Place sanitary ware (toilets, basins, etc.) onto the conveyor or robot fixture. Confirm the robot path and glazing trajectory are correctly set for uniform glaze coverage, then start the automatic feed.

3. Automatic Glazing Operation

Once started, the robot will follow the pre-programmed trajectory to apply glaze to the workpiece surfaces automatically. The conveyor moves the items into position while the robot sprays with precise motion control. Monitor the process to ensure consistent glazing quality and make program adjustments if necessary.

4. Shutdown & Routine Maintenance

After glazing cycles are complete, stop the robot and conveyor system safely. Clean the glazing booth and nozzles to prevent clogging. Inspect the robot arm, fixtures, and spray components for wear or buildup, and perform any scheduled maintenance such as lubrication or part replacement to ensure long-term performance.​
